Update customer information
You can find the link for the customer portal here. The way it works is the following:
Each subscription is connected to a specific email address that was used when the license was purchased. This means that each driver had to have used their email address to complete the purchase. This email address needs to be entered in the first field in the customer portal to log in. If unsure, the driver can check which email address was used on the invoice that they were issued via email once they purchased the Gate Pass.
After entering the email address, the user will be sent an email to the aforementioned email address which contains a link to access the portal (such that ownership of the account is proven). The user should open that email and click on the link, leading him directly into the dashboard.
On the dashboard, the user will be able to see his latest subscription purchased details, his payment method information, billing and shipping information (addresses, etc.) as well as his invoice history.
Each user can go to the Payment Method section and click on "Add Payment Method". There they will have the option to either enter a company credit/debit card information, or a PayPal account. Please note that this action can also be done by a forwarder, as long as the drivers forward you the access emails with the link mentioned above.
Further, in the Billing and Shipping section, there is an option called "Update information". Here, billing information and Tax ID information can be added. This is a necessary step, such that the next invoice in 2025 can be issued to your company instead of the individual drivers. This is usually required for accounting purposes. Please note that the "Name" field should then include the full legal name of your company.
Lastly, once the new billing period commences, the new invoices will be available under the Invoice section in the portal. This is where you will be able to collect the invoices for internal accounting purposes.
In case you want to sign out of the portal, you may simply click on Sign Out on the left of the screen to log into another account.
