In this article, we'll explore how to restart the registration process on the CONROO App, providing detailed instructions for both iOS and Android users.

iOS (iPhone and iPad):

  1. Exit the CONROO App:

    • Swipe up from the bottom of your screen to access the app switcher.

  2. Remove from Recently Used Apps:

    • In the app switcher, locate the CONROO App and swipe it up or off the screen to remove it from your recently used apps.

  3. Reopen the CONROO App:

    • Navigate back to your home screen and tap on the CONROO App icon to open it anew.

  4. Retry the Registration Process:

    • Now that you've restarted the app, go through the registration process again, ensuring you enter accurate information.

Android:

  1. Exit the CONROO App:

    • Depending on your device, you can either press the "Recents" or "Overview" button on your taskbar or swipe up from the bottom of your screen.

  2. Remove from Recently Used Apps:

    • In the list of recent apps, find the CONROO App and swipe it left or right, or tap on the close icon to remove it from the list.

  3. Reopen the CONROO App:

    • Return to your home screen and tap on the CONROO App icon to relaunch it.

  4. Retry the Registration Process:

    • With the app restarted, go back to the registration process and enter the correct information this time.
